Sobald Sie dem Angebot zugestimmt, einen Vertrag unterzeichnet und die Rechnung bezahlt haben, ist eine R\u00fcckerstattung nicht mehr m\u00f6glich. Indem Sie diese Schritte best\u00e4tigen, erkl\u00e4ren Sie sich mit dem Umfang und den Bedingungen der angebotenen Dienstleistungen einverstanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Umgang mit Service-Bedenken<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sollten die erbrachten Dienstleistungen aus irgendeinem Grund nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprechen, wird dies durch offene Kommunikation, Verhandlungen und notwendige \u00dcberarbeitungen behoben. Eine R\u00fcckerstattung wird im Rahmen dieses Prozesses jedoch nicht erfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Erstattungen unter besonderen Umst\u00e4nden<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die einzigen Ausnahmen von unserer Nicht-R\u00fcckerstattungspolitik sind folgende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zuviel gezahlte Betr\u00e4ge<\/strong>: Wenn ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Betrag \u00fcber den auf der Rechnung angegebenen Betrag hinaus gezahlt wurde, wird der zu viel gezahlte Betrag unverz\u00fcglich zur\u00fcckerstattet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fehler bei der Transaktion<\/strong>: Im Falle eines Transaktionsfehlers, z.
