However, a refund will not be issued as part of this process.

Refunds in Special Circumstances

The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are as follows:

  • Overpayments: If an extra amount has been paid beyond the sum stated on the invoice, the overpaid amount will be refunded promptly.
  • Transaction Mistakes: In the event of a transaction error, such as a single transaction being processed twice and resulting in duplicate withdrawals from the customer’s bank account, the duplicated amount will be refunded upon verification.

While we do not provide refunds upon request, we are willing to review specific cases involving unforeseen or exceptional circumstances. Any decision in such cases will be made at our sole discretion and will not imply a change in our general refund policy.

Final Agreement

By proceeding with the approval, signing the agreement, and completing the payment of an invoice for our services, you agree that there are no grounds for a refund based on dissatisfaction with the service alone.
